Business website

A business website has one job: someone who's already heard of you from somewhere checks whether you're serious, and gets in touch. Everything else is secondary. That's why we make it short, clear and fast, instead of filling it with sections nobody opens.

Structure

The five pages that do the work.

This is the usual starting scope. Not because more is bad, but because most companies don't have content for fifteen pages and end up leaving them empty.

HomeWhat you do, for whom, and why people should trust you. Plus a path to what's most in demand — usually a service or contact.
ServicesA separate page for each main service, if they're searched for separately. Otherwise one page, split into sections.
AboutWho's behind the company, since when and with what. This is where trust is decided, especially for more expensive services.
Projects or clientsThe proof. Even three real examples do more than a paragraph of adjectives.
ContactPhone, email, address, form and map. Everything visible, no searching.
Legal pagesPrivacy policy, cookies and terms. They're mandatory and don't count towards the five.
A blog, if you'll writeIt only makes sense if articles will actually come out. An empty blog does more harm than no blog.
A second languageIf you have clients abroad. Built as a second structure, not a translate button.

What decides it

What makes someone get in touch.

Outside research is one thing — but here's what we see missing most often on Bulgarian business websites.

Clear about what you doIn the first two seconds. “Comprehensive solutions for your business” says nothing — “steel structure fabrication” does.
A visible phone numberIn Bulgaria, a large share of customers call rather than write. The phone number belongs in the top right corner and in the footer.
ProofClients, projects, certificates, years in business. Anything at all, as long as it's verifiable.
A price or a pointerEven a range. A site with no hint of a price filters out exactly the wrong people — the serious ones give up, the curious ones write.
SpeedOn a phone, over mobile data. A site that takes five seconds to open loses the visitor before the first line of text.
Real photosStock photos of smiling people with laptops convince nobody. Better one genuine photo from the site.

How it goes

From the first conversation to launch.

The usual course for a business website. The deadlines for each step are in the quote.

01

Conversation

What you sell, to whom, and what the visitor should do. Half an hour, free.

02

Quote

Scope, timeline and price in one document.

03

Content

We gather copy and photos. If you don't have them, we write and source them, and that's included in the scope.

04

Design

A mock-up in the browser, built on your real content.

05

Development

A hand-coded theme. Every Friday, a link to what's ready so far.

06

Launch

Domain, hosting, Search Console, Analytics and training for your team.

Questions

About business websites.

If your question isn't here, call us — we answer by phone too.

How much does a business website cost?

From €600 for a custom-designed site of up to five pages. With a full page structure, copy written for search and analytics connected — from €1,100. Excluding VAT.

The exact amount depends on the number of pages, languages and integrations, and you get it in a quote before work begins.

I need a lot more than five pages.

No problem — five is the starting scope, not a ceiling. Each extra page is priced, and the difference is usually small if the content is ready.

More often, though, we see the opposite: companies want fifteen pages and have content for four. Then we suggest starting small and adding.

I don't have copy or photos. Is that a problem?

No. We write the copy after a conversation with you and source the photos. That's part of the scope and is priced in.

Your real photos always work better than stock, though. If you have any of your premises, team or production — even taken on a phone — we use them.

Will the site show up on Google for what I do?

The site is built so that it can: a clean structure, proper titles, Analytics and Search Console connected.

Whether it ranks high depends on the competition for your search terms. For targeted work on rankings, see SEO.

Do you work with companies outside Sofia?

Yes. The work runs by phone, email and video call, and that doesn't depend on the city. We have clients from all over Bulgaria.

If you'd rather meet in person, that's easy in Sofia; elsewhere, we arrange it.

Who will maintain the site afterwards?

We can, with a subscription from €40 a month, or you can, if you have someone. What matters is that someone does it.

An un-updated WordPress site is the most common reason for being hacked. That's not an argument for buying maintenance from us — it's a fact you should know.

Next step

It starts with a conversation.

Thirty minutes, no fee and no sales pitch. If the job isn't for us, we'll tell you on that call — not a month later.
