Online shop

An online shop isn't a website with a “buy” button. It's stock, couriers, payment, returns and accounting, wired together so that an order travels on its own from the basket to the shipping label. We build it on WooCommerce, with a theme written for that particular shop.

Scope

What has to work for the shop to sell.

Every point below is something we've seen broken in someone else's shop. That's why we check them one by one before launch, with a real test order.

Product pagesPhotos, size and colour variants, stock, delivery and lead time. Everything a buyer looks for before adding to the basket.
Basket and checkoutA short path to payment, no compulsory registration. Every unnecessary field is a lost order.
DeliveryA link to Econt and Speedy — choosing a pickup office from a map, automatic shipping labels, status updates fed back.
PaymentCards through a bank provider, plus cash on delivery. We check a real payment before launch, not just in test mode.
StockAutomatically reduced on order, sold-out items hidden, an alert when stock runs low.
NotificationsEmails to the customer on order, dispatch and return, and to you for every new order. Tested to make sure they arrive.
Discounts and campaignsCodes, sale prices with a time window and volume discounts.
ReportingAnalytics with purchase tracking, so you know which channel brings real orders, not just visits.

What kind of shop

Three different jobs under one name.

A shop with twenty items and a shop with two thousand are different jobs. The difference isn't in the design but in how buyers find their product.

Pricing

Two tiers and one open door.

These are starting prices, excluding VAT, and apply to the scope stated. You get the exact figure in a quote before work begins.

Scope

What pushes the price up.

With shops, the price depends more on the logic than on the design. These are the things that move it most.

Number of products and variantsTwenty items can be entered by hand. Two thousand need an import, a category structure and filters.
IntegrationsEvery outside link — warehouse software, accounting, a supplier — is a separate job with its own tests.
Import from an old shopProducts, customers and orders are carried over, and the old URLs are redirected so the shop doesn't vanish from Google.
A second language and currencyIt isn't a translation but a second structure — URLs, prices, delivery and legal texts.
Subscriptions and recurring paymentsA different process from a one-off purchase, with separate logic for renewal and cancellation.
ContentProduct descriptions and photos are work. If you have them, it's faster. If we write them, it becomes part of the scope.

How it goes

From the first conversation to the first order.

The shop goes live once a real order has gone through the whole journey — not when the design is finished.

01

Conversation

What you sell, to whom, and how it reaches the customer. Logistics determines half of the decisions.

02

Quote

Scope, timeline and price. If the job calls for a different platform, we say so here.

03

Structure

Categories, filters and the path to the product. This is decided before the design, not after.

04

Development

A hand-built theme, delivery, payment and stock. Every Friday you get a link to what's done.

05

Test order

We go through the whole journey with a real payment and a real shipping label before launching.

06

Launch and support

Handover, training and a maintenance plan, because a shop without maintenance is a risk.

Questions

About online shops.

How much does it cost to build an online shop?

A shop with up to ten products starts at €1,200; fully equipped with SEO, analytics and a courier link, from €1,700. Prices exclude VAT.

A shop integrated with warehouse software is quoted separately, because the scope depends on the system we're connecting it to.

What platform do you build shops on?

On WooCommerce — the e-commerce extension for WordPress. The theme, however, is written by hand for the specific shop, with no ready-made templates.

WooCommerce was chosen because it doesn't tie you to a monthly platform fee, and because your order data stays with you rather than with an outside provider.

Do you connect the shop to Econt and Speedy?

Yes. The buyer picks a pickup office straight from the map at checkout, and the shipping label is generated from the admin, without retyping addresses by hand.

The parcel status is fed back into the shop, so you can see where an order is without logging in to the courier's system.

Can I accept card payments?

Yes. We connect the shop to a bank payment provider. The card-acceptance agreement is between you and the bank — we build the technical link and test it with a real payment.

Cash on delivery runs alongside, because in Bulgaria it's still preferred by a large share of buyers.

Can you move an existing shop?

Yes, and it's a common job. We carry over products, categories, customers and orders, and the old URLs get redirects.

The redirects are the most important part: without them the shop disappears from Google on launch day, and the traffic takes months to recover.

Who enters the products?

Either you or us. For a small catalogue, we train your team and you enter them yourselves. For a large one, we import from a spreadsheet or from the old shop.

If you don't have product descriptions, we write them — that becomes part of the scope and is priced separately.

Will the shop show up on Google?

It's built so that it can: a clean category structure, correct titles, structured product data and Search Console connected.

Ranking is hard for shops, because you're up against big platforms. That's why a combination of SEO and advertising usually works best.
