Privacy policy

This site collects the minimum needed to answer an enquiry. There's no ad tracking, no selling of data and no newsletter you haven't signed up for. Below is exactly what happens.

The data

What we collect and why.

Everything listed comes either from the form you fill in or from the web server's usual logs.

NameIf you fill it in on the form. So we know how to address you. It isn't a required field.

Phone or emailRequired — without it there's no way to reply to the enquiry.

Your messageThe description of the task. We keep it so we can prepare a quote.

The page you're writing fromThe address of the page with the form. It shows us which service it's about.

IP address and timeRecorded when the form is sent and in the server logs. They serve to protect against abuse.

CookiesThe site doesn't use tracking cookies. Details on the separate page.

We don't collectPayment details, personal ID numbers, health information or special categories of personal data through this site.

We don't buy dataWe don't acquire contacts from outside lists and don't send unsolicited email.

Use

What we do with it.

Exhaustively. If something isn't on this list, it doesn't happen.

We replyWe get in touch with you about your enquiry. That's the only purpose for which the data is collected.

We prepare a quoteIf the conversation gets that far, the data is used to prepare a proposal.

We keep the correspondenceIn our mailbox and in a server log, so we have a history of the communication.

We protect against abuseThe IP address limits the sending of many enquiries at once.

We don't advertiseWe don't add you to a newsletter list and don't show you ads because of your enquiry.

We don't shareThe data isn't sold, shared with partners or passed on to third parties, unless the law requires it.

Your rights

Access

To find out what data we hold about you and where it came from.

Rectification

If something is wrong or incomplete, we correct it.

Erasure

To ask us to delete your data. We do so unless we have a legal basis for keeping it.

Restriction

To ask us to pause processing temporarily while something is being clarified.

Portability

To receive your data in a format that can be moved elsewhere.

Complaint

If you believe we've breached your rights, you can refer the matter to the Commission for Personal Data Protection, Bulgaria's data protection authority.

Retention and security

How long it's kept, and how.

A few practical details about what happens to the data over time.

EnquiriesUp to 12 months from the last communication, if no work results. Then they're deleted.

Where a contract is signedData related to invoicing and accounting is kept for the periods the law requires.

Server logsThe usual access logs are kept briefly and serve only for diagnostics and security.

Where it's storedOn a server in the European Union and in our mailbox. Only members of the team working on the enquiry have access.

The connectionThe whole site runs over a secure connection. Data from the form doesn't travel unencrypted.

ChangesIf this policy changes, the new version is published here. The date of the last change is at the bottom.

No. We don't keep a newsletter list and don't send promotional emails to people who've written to us about a specific task.

We only write to you about your enquiry.

Do you use Google Analytics?

At the moment, the site doesn't load any analytics or advertising tools. If that changes, this page will be updated before the change takes effect.

How do I ask for my data to be deleted?

Write to office@illumi.bg from the address you contacted us with, or call. We don't require a special form.

Is this document legal advice?

No. It describes what this site does with your data. It isn't a template and isn't suitable for copying to another site, because another site does other things.
