Twenty-nine websites, all live and in real use — you can open them and check. Each is shown on a monitor and on a phone, because the mobile version is half the work, yet it usually gets shown half-heartedly.

The list

Every one of them, one by one.

They're shown in the order we built them. Each one says what it is, who it's for and what it contains — and the address below opens the site itself.

Sopharma Properties

CorporateCorporate website

A special-purpose investment company. The site serves investors and tenants at the same time — two audiences with completely different questions — so it splits into two clearly separate paths right from the home page.

  • Corporate profile and company structure
  • News section and a bilingual interface

  • A section for shareholders and corporate documents
  • A clear split between tenants and investors

MyBGHome

PortalProperty portal

A property portal aimed at foreign buyers too. Search has to work equally well for someone who knows the exact neighbourhood and for someone still finding their way around the map of the country.

  • Search by location, property type and budget
  • Galleries and detailed descriptions of every property
  • An English interface for foreign clients

06

Uchene.bg

CommerceShop and educational portal

Teaching materials and study aids. The buyers are parents and teachers searching by grade, subject and publisher — so the catalogue structure matters more than anything else on the site.

  • A catalogue by grade, subject and publisher
  • Online ordering with payment and delivery
  • Content that helps people choose materials

  • Products with sizes and fragrance families
  • A multilingual interface for customers outside Bulgaria
  • Card payments and international delivery

MMotors JSC

CorporateCorporate website and shop

A Bulgarian manufacturer of ventilation equipment. The site is both a presentation of the production and a technical reference — its buyers are engineers and installers who compare specifications, not photos.

SAFTCheck

SystemOnline tool

Our own product: checking SAF-T files against the requirements of Bulgaria's National Revenue Agency. The file is processed entirely in the user's browser and isn't uploaded anywhere — a decision driven by the accounting data inside.

  • Validation against the schema, without the file leaving the device
  • Every error explained in plain language
  • A reference section on requirements and deadlines

Energoinvestment

CorporateCorporate website

An electricity trader licensed by the Bulgarian energy regulator. The audience is businesses comparing suppliers — so the site rests on verifiable things: the licence, certificates and regulations, not promises of savings.

  • A section on regulations and useful information
  • Licence and ISO certificates in plain sight
  • A form to request a quote based on consumption

Professional cleaning for homes and offices. Here the decision is made quickly and on a phone, so the whole site is built around one move: I understand what you do, I see a price, I book a visit.

  • Services split by setting — home, office, after renovation
  • Request a free visit from any page
  • A call button that's visible the whole time

Autobot Karti Chisti

Chameleon Rent

BookingVehicle rental

Van and truck rental. The customer usually needs a van for tomorrow, so the whole site serves one question — is it free? The availability check sits right on the first screen, before the descriptions and terms.

  • Checking free vans by date right from the home page
  • Every vehicle with its payload and equipment
  • A request that goes to a person's phone, not a shared inbox

  • Freelancer profiles by category and skill
  • Searching listings with filters by field

Dilys Digitalbyrå

CorporateAgency website, in Swedish

A Swedish digital agency with a long history. The site is entirely in Swedish — not a translation but copy written in its own right, because in that market translated content is spotted immediately and works against you.

  • Content written in Swedish, not translated
  • Book a meeting straight from any page

Earlier work

Sites from previous years, most of them still in use. We show them as they are — built to the standards of their time and still doing their job.

What they share

What's the same in all of them.

The projects differ in scale and industry, but six things hold for every one of them.

Custom designNot one is a ready-made template with the logo swapped. Each was designed for its specific job.
A separate mobile versionNot a shrunk desktop. The layout on a phone is worked out afresh, because people think differently there.
Hand-codedNo visual builders. That's why they load fast and can be maintained for years to come.
Ready for searchStructure, titles, speed and structured data — from day one, not as an add-on later.
Owned by the clientDomain, hosting and code — in their name. Nobody is locked in with us.
Still live todayAll of them are running right now. Open them and see, instead of reading a description.

The process

How we get here.

The same sequence for every one of them; only the scale differs.

01

Conversation

What needs to happen, for whom, and why what's there now isn't working. Half an hour, no fee.

02

Structure

Which pages, what's on each one and how people get to them. Signed off before the design.

03

Design

The key screens first, then the rest. Changes here are cheap; later they aren't.

04

Build

The code is written by hand. You see the progress instead of waiting months for the finale.

05

Check

On real devices and with real data. Forms and payments are tested for real.

06

Launch and aftercare

Handover of all access details, training, and maintenance if you want it.

Questions

About our work.

If your question isn't here, call us — we answer by phone too.

+359 882 95 89 89
Can I see more projects?

These are the twenty-nine we show publicly. We also have projects that clients prefer not to have announced — if you're interested, we can talk about them in a conversation.

Do you build websites in my industry?

We've worked in real estate, manufacturing, cosmetics, car parts, education and financial software. The industry matters for the content, not for the way we work.

If we don't know your industry, we start with a conversation with someone at your company who does the work.

How long did each of these take?

From a few weeks for the smaller ones to months for the big ones with a catalogue and integrations. The timeline is fixed in the quote for each specific project.

Do you still maintain them?

Some of them — yes. Maintenance is optional and paid monthly; no client is obliged to use it.

Will my site look like one of these?

No. Each was designed for a specific job and a specific audience. What they share is the approach, not the look.

Next step

The next project.

Tell us what the site needs to do and for whom. If the job isn't for us, we'll say so in the first conversation.
